What else might be causing it?
Question was referring to nasal congestion...
Answer:
Humidity...too much or too little.

The dreamports look amazing!
There's also an issue of the hose wrapping around the neck, as LO turns all over throughout the night. The biggest advantage of Wisp is that the hose can be fixed on the top of the head and keep it away from the neck. I hope with pediatric dreamports will have a similar fixture, otherwise not sure if we'd be able to use it at all.
Look at a hose hanger management for keeping the hose from ANY mask up overhead and that way it doesn't get wrapped around a person when tossing and turning. You can make your own or buy one.

It looks interesting! Does it put no pressure on the nose? I couldn't find a pic of how it looks on the side touching the nose.
The SleepWeaver is a totally cloth mask so it doesn't/can't really put much pressure anywhere on the nose or face. No silicone...no plastic ridges to deal with.

We have a similar one that LO refused to wear, with a soft triangle at the nose. Do you think it will put less pressure then Wisp? I can try get him to wear for a night.
You were referring to that last product I posted a link to and I have no idea how much pressure it puts anywhere. I didn't even know it existed until I found it.
All I know is my own personal experience with the Wisp...it caused me to have nasal congestion. I don't think I am the only person in the whole wide world that can't use anything over my nasal bridge area. Now I was able to successfully use the ResMed Nano which is very similar to the Wisp and I never could figure out why. Unfortunately the Nano doesn't come in a pediatric size which is why I didn't recommend it plus there's no guarantee the your son will mimic me in that regard.

He often sleeps on his stomach and turns his head from side to side in that position. I think if the hose was attached on top, then it would wrap around his neck. Wouldn't it?

Hose management systems allow for the hose to move totally freely and actually lessen the chance of the hose wrapping around anything and the sleeping position doesn't matter one way or the other.
It's up in the air and when tossing and turning it's always up in the air and can't wrap around anything.
It's supposed to be extremely loose up over head...it's not attached snugly by any means. It's extremely flexible in terms of movement.

Right, but when he turns his head from side to side downward (rubbing his face on the pillow in the process), the hose would catch around his neck. An then when he keeps turning the hose might end up wrapped around. May be I'm overthinking this, or not understanding how those attachments work. I'll try finding some reviews mentioning extra active sleepers:)

A few things that might help:
A hose hanger, if your son like many kids is a restless sleeper he’ll end up with the hose stuck and wrapped up around everything, you can get a hose hanger for $10 from Amazon which will help with this.
Do you use one for you son? Do you find it keeps the hose away from the neck well?

The hose holder helped my restless sleeping son tremendously, it holds the hose up which greatly helps minimize problems with the hose wrapping around the neck and everywhere else
Don’t expect perfection, but hopefully it will help. There are many different models, an inexpensive hose holder that worked for my son is:

One more thought... does your son understand that over tightening the mask can cause leaks? We explained this concept again and again to my son, but anytime he was awoken from a deep slumber in the middle of the night his natural inclination was to tighten his mask which usually made leaks worse. Even for adults the fact that a mask needs to sit somewhat loosely to maintain a proper seal is counterintuitive, I think this concept is even rougher for kids.
