We have a taco truck driving around our neighborhoods like an ice cream truck. You can put your neighborhood on a list to be visited.

I fixed a big batch of beans and rice last week. We had them for a few days, then froze the rest. We keep several two cup containers on hand and I use them to freeze things like beans, soup, stew, etc.

This made me laugh and cry both. Our poor animals don't understand. I am already seeing rescue posts because people are dumping their animals.
