In the clinical menu, scroll down to "about"; click on that, and scroll down to run hours.
This is the toal number of hours the machine has been "on",
including usage, ramp, warm-up and cool-down.
Manufacture date is in a code --others can decipher better than frogs.
Thank you Dogslobber, I see SN below the run hours in the "clinical" menu.
Mine begins with 2214, meaning it is from Australia, made in 2014.
My run hours are 17,859, normal for about 5.5 years with a sleep addict like me.

The first two digits in the serial number is the country of manufacture:
22 = Australia
23 = Singapore

The next two are the digits representing the year.

2217xxxxxxxxxx

Manufactured in Australia in 2017.

Not sure why you're interested in age, a better indicator of usage is run hours available About menu.

Exact age can be determined by the actual machine serial number....ResMed has a master list...we don't have access to it.
Otherwise the best you can do to determine age is go by the year thing that the others already explained.
So the closest we can come is the year it was made.

Run hours is equivalent to the odometer reading on a used car.

If it's a For Her Model, don't ask her, she will just get mad and lie about her age! Jim

No so thrilled about the spare tire, etc.
