Smartwater substitute during covid-19

Not to take crack at anyone on a personal level but if you eat alot of fibre you don't even really need to wipe usually cause there is nothing to wipe. Poopwise.

You still wipe but one square will do you.

Psyllium Husk and All Bran is my choice of fibre. Tastes like shit but all your fibre in one giant blended cup of nastiness.

In my case, most fiber will do the exact opposite--six trips to the potty before noon
and half a roll of TP says you are dead wrong.
Note: anyone who only needs only one square of TP is in serious trouble--colon-wise.
Take it from someone whose youngest brother died of colon cancer at age 52.

Colon Cancer runs in family and I rarely have poop when I wipe unless I eat lots of junk day before.
