Hi,
I'm using the Airtouch f20 and for some reason I'm getting redness a bit below the bridge of my nose but only on a small area on the left side.
Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong? Could it be that the top left of the mask is too tight? The weird thing is it wasn't happening the first few
weeks that I was using the mask and then it just started. I would really appreciate any advice anyone has. Also if anyone could suggest something
I could put on my nose to prevent the redness from getting worse.
Thanks

welcome to the zoo! may i suggest moleskin? in the foot care section of your drugstore. it usually comes in small sheets and can be cut to the size you need.
good luck!

I also use the F20. On normal days, I use a small strip of medical tape on the bridge of the nose. I use the cloth-like medical tape (for sensitive skin) because the "normal" medical tape will take skin off when I remove it in the morning. On new cushions, the plastic/silicone around the nose bridge area seems a little stiff, and just using medical tape is not enough. After a week or so, the cushion will soften up. During these times, I place a small strip of moleskin over the medical tape. You get the moleskin in the foot section of the pharmacy. It is used for padding for corns on the foot. I buy mine at Walmart in three 3" X 4" sheets for $1.87. I pre-cut the strips so they are ready to go at night. I went about 8 years using the Philips Total Face mask (fireman-type mask) because I couldn't find a full-face mask that didn't tear the bridge of my nose up. When the F20 came out, something told me that this is was I was looking for. Haven't looked back since.

Happened to me, too -- and I have a dent on the bridge of my nose and the mask "hit" it making my nose both red and sore.
I switched to an F30i (it was within a week of getting the F20). It works MUCH better and is far more comfortable, too. It did take me a few days to adjust it correctly, so keep that in mind if you decide to try it.

Thank you I will try that! I did use medical tape last night and it seemed to help I will try adding the moleskin.

I'm not sure if the F30i would work for me as I just couldn't get the Dreamwear full face mask to work. I also tried the F30 and I just couldn't get it to work I kept getting leaks from my nostril area and the F30i has the same nose part with the space between each nostril.
