Can I get some help with snore graph?
Hi everyone,
I have been working on tweaking my settings to achieve good sleep and I am slowing getting it there. I have been noticing that I am snoring quite a bit (or what I think is quite a bit) and I'm not sure why. I have been having fantastic AHI's usually under 1 and sometimes 0 for the past couple of weeks but still snoring. I have woke up a few times with a sore throat, (mouthbreather
) so I turned the humidity up to 5 and so far that has seemed to help with that. I TRY to stay on my side at night. Could the snoring be from me flipping to my back and not knowing it? Should I be worried about the snoring with such low AHI's? Are the spikes and dips in the flow rate something to be worried about? I am attaching last night's graphs for some expert insight. Thank you!

If you feel good when you wake up in the morning, I wouldn't worry about a little snore. However, if you really want to eliminate the snore, try raising the minimum EPAP slightly. I have a lot of allergy problems, especially this time of the year. When my allergies are acting up, I have a lot more post nasal drip which will show up on my charts as more activity on the snore graph.

Thank you! I do feel pretty good in the mornings other than waking up with a headache each day which gets worse as the day goes on, but at least I can actually stay awake now a whole day without napping! LOL
