So tonight is the big night...I’ve had the mask on a bit and it’s not bothering me too bad...apparently all that headgear for braces as a teenager was more helpful than I thought!
Was reading through this thread and was going to mention this about braces but I see you have realized it for yourself before I could comment. I too had headgear as a kid so sleeping with my mask is no issue, once I found the right one for my face. I find the resmed "for her" sizing to fit me better than the other masks I have tried.

Take your machine and mask and set down in front of the tv and just practice when your awake rather than when you have to sleep. Save the overnight wearing for the weekend when you don't have to function to much the next day. The more comfortable you are with it the easier it will be to sleep.

So had a breakthrough last night after being unable to sleep AT ALL with the mask. Apparently exhaustion helps to get over the hump and I logged almost 9 hrs with the mask last night. It had not been uncomfortable or leaked or anything, just my brain unwilling to chill with the mask on. I did wear it quite a bit in the evening...much to the amusement of my 3 kids

Now that I finally had some data I have a ton more questions. I think I attached the correct screenshot from Oscar formatted as needed for folks here to review. My question is I seem to have almost all CAs. That doesn't seem like OSA to me or is this something that new users typically experience?

BTW I deleted the snore, UA, and OA and LL counts from the event log since there were none.

As a reminder, I am slender, female and have low-BP, my sleep study AHI was 8.1 with the majority in REM AHI over 17. I only had a single desat for 0.2 min the whole night.

From what I am reading about OSA, none of this is making sense. Trying to decide if this is just a newbie thing or if I need to follow up sooner than later with sleep doc.

sorry, on my second cup of coffee and haven't got my eyes fully open! you are closer than i first thought.

but that should be "pressure" not "mask pressure". two different things and two different choices in your event flags.

and don't eliminate anything from your top graph. the experts need to see all of it.

finally, this is too squeezed in making it hard to read.

hope this helps!

Ah, i can fix the pressure graph no problem. As far as fitting stuff in, that’s why I eliminated some stuff in the top table. I didn’t have any occurrence of the incidents for the rows I deleted. I think the screen might be squished because I only have a laptop so I was really hard to jam everything on the screen. Would it be better to pick a cluster of incidents and stretch out the graphs for that time period or is it the vertical axis being too compressed that is the issue?

no. in oscar, take your cursor to the bottom of each graph, right below the time line. it takes dome dexterity, but when you have it just right, your cursor will change into two parallel lines with a wee arrow up and a wee arrow down. drag the cursor down and it makes the individual graph size bigger.

make sense?

Yes, I see what you mean about resizing the graphs, but that's as big as I could make them without them going off my screen, and hence out of the screenshot. I picked a cluster of events and spread them out so you could get some better resolution. This is somewhat typical of the clusters on the original tiny screenshot. Other than breaking up the timeline, I don't know how else to provide more granularity. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the bump.

I feel like I had an epiphany on adjusting to the therapy and am excited to get this all dialed in.

And for those that responded to any of my posts...you guys are honestly the only reason I didn’t just quit!
