Are you absolutely 100% certain that those leaks aren't mouth breathing leaks?
Do you tape your mouth shut and the tape is still in place in the morning?

I never have taped my mouth shut, so no, can’t be positive of that. I will try that. May as well rule in in/out as the problem. But, during the awake test, my mouth was closed the whole time.

Taped my mouth closed last night with two small strips of tape. I woke up at some point and realized one piece was off. Put two more on, and woke up this morning with all three intact. The first hour or so of this graph, I was awake. One of those nights I just can't go to sleep. It happens sometimes, more often than I would like, but I just deal with it now since I don't have to go to work and don't resort to pills. New, hopefully correct, nasal pillows will be here today. Hopefully that will help rule in/out some leaking there.
Is there somewhere that I can take the machine to be tested?
I see on here folks talking about buying good used machines. Are there specific reliable places to do that, or is it just they happen to know someone and purchased?

Forum member LSAT sometimes has lightly used machines for sale. I got my VAuto from him, and everything went just perfectly. Try sending him a message; I think you'll want a ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset (or ditto, For Her).

As your machine did not leak whilst you were awake I guess that it’s something happening when your asleep causing the leaks rather than a machine fault

Actually I am thinking his baseline leak while awake should be at or near 0.0 and it's not. So the baseline the machine is starting with is off and that's going to throw off all the other data. I can't see what it is but it's a lot higher than it should be while awake and for sure no leaking through mouth, etc.

Maybe try the breath direct from the hose trick and see if leaks are zero

I assume that is exactly how is sounds. I can test that. Thank you
Graph from last night. Tape stayed in place all night. I feel like I had a great nights sleep. I'm feeling like I am sort of spinning my wheels until I get home and have more options for testing a different machine etc. I do appreciate everyone's help.

Experts, on the zoom in, his flow rate has a normal appearance, except it is going from +60ish to -60ish, which seems implausible. Machine problem?

I finally received the new nasal pillows. Used those last night, but could not get a Happy face on the mask test. I tried the direct breathing into the long hose, and got a Happy Face. So, I decided to try black electrical tape and taped all of the areas on the hoses that have connectors. Got a happy happy face! Here is the graph from last night. Better, but still not good.
Edited to add...and taped my mouth.

I think you really need to look at different mask types the breathing off the tube says there is not a major leak in your hose humidifier or machine

Tidal volume, flow rate max and min, and MV all look quite implausible. Experts, do you think the machine needs to be replaced?

I am leaning in that direction strongly. Something weird is going on with it.

His baseline leak even when not in large leak territory is too high so he's starting off with an elevated leak when there is no leak and that makes for a big snowball going down the hill.
