Hi everybody!
Hi Pugsy!
Good Morning!

More images about my sleep with on 9.4 - 13 pressure.

I took 5 mg of melatonin, because I needed to sleep earlier.

I had a headache all day with a little nasal congestion, so I took a medication like Tylenol Sinus, and a muscle reliever pill.

Well at least on paper you look like you should be feeling good.
Pretty boring reports.

This is a question for the experts: might the OP benefit from using EPR, especially given the flow limitations?
I don't consider myself an expert, but I think yes; I would raise EPR to 3, and min pressure by 2 to compensate.

Raising the minimum pressure very well could be opening the door for the aerophagia monster to sneak in.
Remember there is a history of having aerophagia issues.

If I was going to increase the EPR....I think I would hold off on automatically increasing the minimum to compensate for the drop during exhale with EPR. It might not be needed. The need for compensation doesn't always materialize. It's mainly needed when someone was already using a minimum that was barely getting the job done. It's not an automatic thing and in this situation I would make sure I needed more minimum to compensate before I did it with the aerophagia history.

Please remove the mask pressure line,

having both pressure and mask pressure scunches up the charts too much.

Hi everybody!
Good Morning!

Pugsy,
Thank you for helping me!

I changed my pressure to 10-13 EPR1, aerophagia is ok, only 3 big farts. Hahahhah
I can't sleep more than 6:30hs (only with beer Hahah). I think I have to get used to sleeping with the new pressures, I remember that when I started with CPAP I could only sleep 5 hours.
What do you think if I change to 11-14 EPR2?

Palerider,
I fixed the charts!

Tell me why you want to try it? What is it that you are seeing that makes you want to try it?
Specific reason or just wanting to experiment?

I don't see a need but if you just want to just to be trying something...that's good enough reason.

Do you think your sleep is disturbed by pressure changes? If so, that might be a reason to raise the minimum. And while you were at it, you could try bumping EPR up to 2 to see how you like that. No real point in raising the maximum, since you aren't reaching your current max, but you can if you like.

Pugsy and Miss Emérita,
Good evening!

I'm not feeling completely rested. Do you think I keep pressure 10-13 and put EPR2?
