My normal supplier might have gone out of business.

Post by Steviebcanyon » Fri Jan 24, 2020 12:52 pm

My normal supplier of C Pap Supplies may have gone out of business.

They haven’t called me for a re-order in a long time. Sometimes I talk to a live person. Sometimes they had a computer do the re-order for me.

I really liked the company Because they never gave me any hassle. I always received my supplies in about a week andthey took care of all of the paperwork.

Was or is anyone a customer of Ion My Health or Ion My Sleep like I am or was?

If they’re just on vacation or holiday, it’s really bad business not to leave a message on their answering machine. No one answers the phone and I can’t seem to connect with their website.

If they’re still in business, I’ll stick with them. If they’re not, I’m looking for recommendations for a new supplier.

Maybe they made enough money they retired to another country. Or maybe Jason showed them spin Fleece into Gold, slightly more profitable than owning a DME Business and no lying involved. Jim

I did some digging. This company is no longer in the CPAP business. You will need to find a new supplier. They recommend that you call the number on your insurance card, and find a covered supplier.

Alternatively, you can Google a new supplier and then make sure that they'll honor your insurance.

If your insurance helps/pays, go to them first, and ask for a list of their network providers.
If you are self-pay--all the way, consider www.cpap.com, the sponsors of this forum.
Buying local is foolish if all they do is rip you off.
