1) That power brick is obnoxiously huge and heavy.
2) the machine is hard to pack around because of the swiveling outlet on the humidifier, the slope of the machine body, and the front knob.
3) It takes up a lot of trunk space when traveling in an Altima with 2 kids, my wife, and work material.
4) without the humidifier it is louder and not much more compact.
I move back to Brazil soon where I'll do quite a bit of regional travel with Brazilian leaders. That means me traveling with at most a carry on bag, and figuring out how to pack my Dreamstation Auto has been tough. My wife encouraged me to look at travel machines, and I got a Dreamstation Go on sale last week from CPAP.com.
Likes:
1) Even with the humidifier attached, I can easily fit the machine (in a medium travel case) inside my carryon.
2) that hose is tiny, and pairs really well with my P10 Nasal Pillows. I don't feel the need to carry a hose holder/caddy
3) an internal power supply makes for a much smaller package.
4) there are no protrusions on the machine, and it's totally flat on top meaning it packs well.
5) The touch screen interface is pretty easy to use. Getting into the provider settings is super simple.
6) The humidifier tank is small, but it conserves water really well. Even sleeping for 9 hours it hasn't run out of water.
7) the noise isn't much more.

9) It worked just as well with a 22mm cheap hose as it did with the 12mm super small travel hose.
10) I could use this as my main machine full-time if need be.
11) It can use standard hoses, it's compatible with any mask, and I can get a replacement power cord just about anywhere.
Dislikes:
1) I don't think the humidifier is quite as effective as my full-sized machine, but it's been perfectly sufficient.
2) It is slightly more hose noise, but it's not been that noticeable to me. We do sleep with a white noise machine, so with that on I don't notice at all.
3) Disconnecting and reconnecting the humidifier tank is a little fiddly. There are also more parts to clean with the humidifier.
4) The travel case really doesn't offer much protection, but i am careful in how I pack it.
5) Cannot be powered directly from 12v DC power, and the battery pack is super expensive--enough so that I haven't purchased one.
6) No heated hose option when using it at home.
Overall I am quite happy with my purchase. It was more than I wanted to spend, but was affordable enough to be worth the money to me. If my insurance had given me the option of just getting this and using it full-time I think I would have been happy with it. I'm very glad I chose this machine over the Resmed Air Mini. I think I could be happy with the Air Mini for short trips, but this is much more full-featured for a fairly similar price.
