Delivery time for Two Factors card reader?

Post by myboards » Fri Dec 15, 2006 7:34 pm

Hi,
Just curious how long it typically takes to get a reader from Two Factors. I ordered about a week ago shipped to NH, getting anxious .

Delivery

Post by GoofyUT » Fri Dec 15, 2006 7:50 pm

Took mine nearly three weeks to get here to SAlt Lake City. But, it was shipped on the day that the plot to blow up those British Airways jets was revealed this past summer, which slowed down everything shipped internationally, I'm sure.

You'll enjoy having yours. Just make sure to install the driver (not the one that ships with it, the one on the Two-factor.com web-site for EncorePro) before you plug it in, and plug it into a USB port on your computer or laptop, not one on a hub or monitor.

Cheers!

Mine was 7 days too. I would guess on average 6-12 days, maybe sometimes more depending on circumstances like holidays.

Their email to me said delivery in about two weeks. It will be two weeks on Monday, 18 Dec. We will see. Could have come today if they bothered to deliver my mail.
They gave me a tracking number but the USPS shows that it does not have a record of it. But then I got registered mail w/ tracking # in the mail from the Fed gov yesterday and the post office still shows that it does not exist today!

Thanks everyone, appreciate the quick responses! Software will be here any day now and was hoping the reader would make it around the same time, but sounds like it could be another week.

8 days for me ... just yesterday in fact.

I've never plugged the one I got from Hong Kong up. I got the one from Cpap with software and reader. I got the one from Hong Kong as a second or back up. Any one wants it for my cost plus shipping...I'm closer than Hong Kong.

Interesting. I knew there was a cheaper reader, but I decided to go with the bundle from cpap.com. I might get this as a back up though. Thanks for the link!
