Dreamwear and Oxygen

Post by pikov22 » Mon Dec 30, 2019 11:44 am

Is anyone using supplemental oxygen with the new "over-the-top" Dreamwear head gear? Any problems?

That's a good question. Which Dreamwear mask do you want to use? There are three models.

BTW, jnk is having problems with acne.

Maybe. But I can't say where.

Sorry. I was bumping your question to the top of the forum.

This time of year, good questions sometimes get missed.

My son uses the dreamwear nasal +O2 and has no issues. What specifically are you concerned about? I am no expert, but my limited understanding leads me to believe that since the O2 plugs in between the hose and machine the specific type of mask when using supplemental O2 isn’t hugely important.

Thanks. I skimmed the user manual for the mask that has the tubing "growing" out of the top of your head and thought I saw something about using supplemental O2 being denigrated.
