Moving Oscar To A New Computer
Moving Oscar To A New Computer
Can anyone tell me how I migrate my Oscar data file to a new computer (Windows 10) ? I installed the app and am at the point of creating a profile. Thanks, Jeff

Try copying the "Oscar Data" file onto a thumb drive, then copy that folder to your new computer.

As okie BiPap says copy the OSCAR_DATA folder and all of its contents to your new machine.

How many machines worth of data are we talking about here?
What brand and model machine?
Depending on brand and model and if only one machine......there’s a good chance all the old data is still on the SD card and no special work will be needed.

Find the folder with your OSCAR data, copy it onto a USB key etc then move it over to the new computer.
You can probably just paste the files in the new OSCAR folder location or what I have done is open OSCAR and point it towards your copied files folder(you can even create a different profile for the data if you would like). It then imports them as if coming off an sd card and I believe it creates a new backup(check before deleting anything).
As Pugsy mentioned depending on your machine/machines all you might have to do is just insert sd card and import regularly into OSCAR.
