Times Off
This is my first week using machine; put machine on last night at 11pm; woke up at 7 am and recording is for 1:22 only; mask fit is fine; how is this possible? Thanks everyone.
Re: Times Off
Most machines' 'days' start at noon, so if you looked for info after that, you'll only see e.g. an hour's worth of it... better to look before noon to see what's what.
Re: Times Off
The time on the machine should have been set by the DME supplier. I bought online from an east coast supplier and I live on the west coast...forgot to tell the DME to set the time. Everything was off three hours. Depending on your machine time setting should be under the clinicians menu. Just as a 'heads up', on a Resmed S10 Autoset you can't set the time backwards further then your last recorded session without doing a factory reset. I.E. I woke up at 7 AM by my clock, 10 AM by the machines clock, I had to wait to my 11 AM(machines 2 PM) to set the clock on the machine to 11 AM.
Re: Times Off
Here's an innovation that should be in the next generation of CPAP machines. They ought to get the time and date signal from the nearest cell tower, a satellite, or a smartphone that is connected by bluetooth.
Note that a smartphone with no service still gets local time (and the correct date) and also adjusts for daylight saving!

Re: Times Off
There's no such thing as a "Resmed S10", there IS a Resmed Airsense 10".
A factory reset won't do anything. You have to erase the patient data which is a different operation.
