Hello,
I recently bought an oxymeter device (the PULOX PO-250) and have recorded my data overnight. I want to import the data to OSCAR, however the program doesn't connect with the oxymeter. I also downloaded the Sp02 Assistant for PULOX, same thing there. I don't see my oxymeter on my laptop at all. The USB ports are okay, I tried connecting my phone and an USB stick, no problems there.
Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? Thanks

Re: OSCAR doesn't recognize my oxymeter
Some units need to be powered on to be recognized properly.

Thank you!
Oscar still didn't recognize the oxymeter when powered on, but the other software did. Somehow the recording I did overnight was not saved on the oxymeter, I will try again.

OSCAR is currently compatible with Contec CMS50D+, CMS50E, CMS50F and CMS50I serial oximeters. Yours isn't on the list.

in case you don't understand. when you have a compatible oximeter, you download the data from the oximeter into it's own installed program. Then when you work oscar, it grabs the data from the files the oximeter made in it's own program. the oximeter itself doesn't connect directly to oscar.

Re: OSCAR doesn't recognize my oxymeter
On the listed oximeters, it said the PULOX ones should be recognized too.
Ooh okay! I indeed did not know that.
