Supplies for 2 years?

I'm using small cushions though I just got an XS from ebay to try. I tried it a bit and it seemed more comfortable but I need to give it a go for a couple of nights. It felt like I wasn't getting as much air, but I'm not sure.

If you decide the Small is better, I have one available. I use Medium. Just let me know here or by PM.

I need to also check to see if the Respironics hose I have (someone donated it and it's brand new) is for your DreamStation or the older System One. They aren't interchangeable. If it's for the DreamStation you can have it as well but if my memory serves me correctly it's for the older model....but I am old and my memory sucks so I will check to confirm.

Someone had stockpiled a bunch of Respironics heated hoses...their DME just kept sending them...so they sent them to me to give away and get the clutter out of their house. I still have a couple left I think but don't remember which model they went to.

That big stash box is out in the shed...I will go bring it in tomorrow and see what's in there that you could maybe use.

But do let me know about P10 nasal pillow preference on size. You might be like me...able to use 2 sizes just about equally well.
I was that way with the Small and Medium sizes. I preferred the Small but could use the medium just as easily.
I can then see what I have available to send to you. Don't buy any until we get it sorted out though. I am pretty sure I have more than enough to keep you in pillows for 2 years.

I definitely will. I keep trying to get along with the XS as it is more comfortable, but it feels like I'm just not getting as much air with it as I do with the small. I want to like the XS.

If you want to like the XS but feel a little air starved with it you might try increasing your pressure just a little bit and see if that helps.
What are your current settings and do you use the ramp?

It's set on Auto and is 6-14. I'm not using the ramp feature. I can't get used to it. My 95% pressure of the last week has been 10.00.

You could try minimum 6.5 and see if that moves a little more air.
The XS has a little less volume over all so a little less air to move...feels a bit stifling.
Increasing the pressure just a little will often move the air just a little more and feels less stifling.
Won't hurt anything to increase it...just get it to your usual 10ish numbers slightly sooner is all.

I bought my machine and first mask from a local physiotherapist and nowadays I buy everything from this website: https://www.cpaps.com.br/

They have cheap and very fast airmail delivery, usually arrives in 2 days where I live. I think their prices are fair too when compared to US prices. Perhaps someone from the US can confirm this. Here are some examples:

* 2-pack original Resmed hypoallergenic filters for Airsense 10 = R$ 64 / USD 15.77
* Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset: R$ 2.734 / USD 673.88
* Resmed Swift FX Nano R$ 417 / USD 102.92

My only problem with them is they don't allow returns of opened products and some things are not available in Brazil (e.g. Dreamwisp mask started being sold this week and P30i mask is still not available here).

You are awesome! I live in a small town in Pará. It takes forever to get anything, though a friend ordered a Kindle from Amazon Prime and it only took 7 days! I'll check them out and start pricing stuff. Those prices seem rather fair.

I know this thread is about three months old, but I wanted to give an update. I've been experimenting with different pillow sizes. While I found the XS more comfortable over all, the small size definitely fits much better and that's what I've been mainly using. I did up my starting air pressure to 6.5, and that's been better for both sizes, but small still does best for me.
