forgot to reinstall SD card

okay, I screwed up...I took my SD card out of my S9 yesterday to check my data and forgot to reinstall the card before going to bed last night.

I put the SD card into the machine this morning and let the machine do all the usual functions like reading SD card, etc..

After it was all done, I pulled out the card and imported data into Sleepyhead. Even though I used the machine & slept for 8 hours, but Sleepyhead is showing zero usage last night.

I thought that the S9 maintained data internally and transferred it to the SD card.

Any clue why last nights useage isn't making it to the SD card?

fortunately, I'm at 91% compliance, since I am due for my 90 day review appointment in 3 weeks.

Hi - I just did some research on the ResMed S9 series. It says that if you don't have the memory card installed, when you install the card, if it doesn't throw an error, it will write summary information to the card. I gather there is some sort of detailed information it might not write to the card, but in the end, I think your expectation that it will catch up and download information to the card is correct.

I have a ResMed AirSense 10 and I can assure you I've forgotten to reinstall my memory card for at least a day or two nearly every time I've taken it out. When I put it in, it takes a little while, but it eventually does write data from the time period the card was missing.

Perhaps it doesn't write the data right away? One wonders. I do hope it eventually does write the data. Every day counts when looking at compliance reports.
