Encore Pro 2 Data question

Long time away quick question.

Been having a few rough nights so my Sleep Doc suggested I view my own data on Encore Pro 2. Gave me my own login info again.
(She's out of office for a few weeks for her to remote pull the data) Anyway stuck the SD card in after setting myself up in the program. But on the summary screen with the green bars on it, my bars are split to either side from like 12p to 15-1600 and again on the other side from 18-1900-2400 hours. All the data is correct, hours, usage, etc. It's just totally off from the actual time I'm using it. 11p-1am to 7-8am. Checked the time on my machine it's correct. Wonder of I got a glitch someplace, as I even made a new patient profile and got the same results.

Thanks. Doing okay, kinda. When I did view my data my average AHI over the last 12 months has been 1.6 but the ugly side was my Patient Triggered Breaths was 55%,. Which is why I remain on ASV mode. And sadly last appt my Periodic Breathing has been fine but my Centrals have been getting worse and worse even with major tapers to my pain meds and others that could cause it. But hey 99.4% Compliance with an average of 7.8 hours a night. Missed 2 nights in June. Was camping and my Battery inverter crapped out pimping up one of the other peoples air mattress,so I didn't have my machine a fee nights. Lol

Anyway hope all has been well, just had a dumb question about Encore. Cheers.

You need to go in and set the time zone in Encore Pro to match up with where you live.
Right now it is probably set to GMT time zone and that is causing the split reports. Encore Pro defaults to GMT time zone which is probably 8 hours ahead of your time and that is causing the reports to be split due to session starting times.

Thanks Pugsy, I also found an older thread showing it after posting. You do have to redownload your device to get it to correct it as well. At least now my data is making since. Again many thanks.
