Amazon maybe? They will ship some stuff internationally.
I haven't checked to see if any seller on Amazon is offering it.

I think that is the place that Jas...Williams might have got his Bleep supplies from and he is in the UK.
You might drop him a note and ask him.
I haven't heard anything bad about them.

Yes I bought my Bleep Supplies from them they shipped internationally no issue there is even an option on the website so you know in advance what the shipping will cost. I also had to pay VAT on the import but that was expected.
