I'm a long-time CPAP user who is new to this forum. When I tried to register my equipment in my profile, as was recommended in the introductory instructions, my machine was not listed in the surprisingly short list provided in the drop-down menu.
I use a Philips/Respironics REMstar Auto A-Flex (550P).
I typed this into the "additional comments" section. But should I have been able to have found my machine somewhere else in the profile menus? Or does this machine go by some other name for the purpose of profile registration?

Welcome to the forum.
The equipment menu list is tied to current inventory at our forum host cpap.com and any equipment that they don't now sell or never sold will not be available as a choice.
Your machine has been discontinued so no longer sold and thus not available as a choice.
When this happens we just tell people to add it to the comments section of the equipment profile.
It's no big deal.
We used to have the old stuff available as a choice but there was a forum software change a while back which essentially took away everything that is no longer currently available from cpap.com (they pay the bills for us to have this forum ad free).
