Headaches

Been using my c pap for about a month. Initial setting was 4-20. I was still getting high AHI. Titrated up to 7-20 with great results. Ahi has been running around 2-6. The past few night I’ve been getting headaches when I wake up like I did before the c pap. Any ideas?

Please download and use OSCAR if you have not already.

Then post results here. Somebody will make suggestions. I think if we can get your AHI even lower, you'll feel better.

the oscar software will tell us what make up your ahi. that, in turn, will help the experts zero in on what to suggest to improve your therapy.
