I just received an AirMini. I was pleased that it wasn't as loud as I was worried about; but I will know better after my first night with it. I am amazed at how small it is and how well it works. With several long vacations coming up, it will be so nice to have instead of the AirSense 10.
I contacted Apria to see how they will be able to use the information that the mini puts into the ResMed cloud. They asked me if I bought it from them and I said I didn't. Then she said we don't sell those anyway. Then why did she ask?

Apparently they only can use what info they collect on their machines. So what do people do with travel machines to verify that they are using them? I realize that the MyAir app will show it; but I don't believe that they are connected and I can't get a report out of it to show compliance. This is apparently a bigger deal for heavy travelers; but I would appreciate knowing what others are doing. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Resmed definitely has an app that providers can/do use to view AirMini data.
Whether a provider wants to use it is another matter.
The whole supply situation in the US is very, very different to my country, but here... if I give my AirMini details to a provider and enable data transfer to the Resmed cloud, the provider associate it with their app and view the detailed data.

It is apparently quite different. I just couldn't imagine why Apria wouldn't just use the Resmed cloud data that I will be uploading. From posts on this board, there isn't a lot of love for our providers. Until now, I didn't understand quite as much as I do now.
