SoClean ALSO sued for Breech of Contract

Post by Marko2019 » Wed Jul 17, 2019 6:27 am

Another day in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

RE: SoClean2 Pty Ltd v. SoClean, Inc. (4:18-cv-40054), District Court, D. Massachusetts

Unfortunately, this Australian company was tied up in a lot of foreign regulatory approval processes (Europe, Asia, etc.) when SoClean walked away. This may all may prove moot if they can no longer arbitrarily substitute the buzz phrase "activated oxygen" for the toxic chemical ozone in their sales & marketing propaganda.

A whole lot of investigation is ongoing before I spend a single dime.

Ozone affects the respiratory system like any other pollutant.
Those susceptible to poor air quality can suffer devastating effects from ozone inhalation.
It can trigger or worsen asthma, COPD, and emphysema, among others.
I am surprised no one has sued Noclean for health damages---YET!

That really makes the SoClean management seem slimy. They need to be washed in Dawn because SoClean doesn't remove slime.
