Re: Cooling the CPAP inside a ventilated mini-refrigerator during hot nights
I would be leary of putting the cpap into something that would keep it cold since it might condensation inside the machine.
I thought of something similar to the link included above with the hose going through a cooler. There is a cooler type ice pack that keeps an ice pack continuously cold for medical issues. I was thinking you could could use one of those and hput the cold pack around the house. But I think the idea with the hose going through the cooler is a better idea. Fairly cheap, doesn't even need power. Just need to have an ice maker in your freezer. Or refreeze some ice bricks during the day.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

I think, you guys are bit crazy, but hurey for new ideas and development.
I hope some producers will soon make cooling device for our cpap.
Meanwhile just take care not to use dry ice as cooling device:)
By the way, cooling cpap below 14•C is littlebit dangerous for electronics. Because during the day humidity inside the fridge rises and humidity starts to condensate on cold places, even on seitched off cpap machine. So I really suggest not to go below 14 degrees celsius

Physics says it's a bad idea.
Cold air cannot hold as much moisture, which is what causes rainout, moisture condensing on the relatively cooler hose.
A night of cold, dry air will do nasty things to sinuses.
That's why nobody has made one so far.

My primary objection to the total face mask was heat.
I had similar problems with full face masks.
Nasal pillows--PROBLEM SOLVED.
It was the MASK, not the machine.
If the OP still feels too warm, it might be good to cut back on niacin, especially at night.
