help fine tuning
For months now, I've been trying to get a great setting, and I recently thought i'd got it. I had two of the best nights sleep I've ever had. My fit bit said i got just the ideal amount of deep and rem sleep. I was so happy, I felt great.
Then at time went on my deep sleep kept shrinking, and i'd check my sleepy head and it looked as good as the perfect days. I don't know whats up I lowered it recently, and my sleep has gotten slightly better but i'm still not getting the amount of deep sleep i want.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

How come you have the Event graph Flagging turned off?
Lower right corner below the graphs....click on Events and expand the menu and anything that is red...click on it and change it to green and do the same thing on the lower left corner where I see LL turned off....post your graphs again without anything being turned off (red is off...green is on).
You can get all the basic needed graphs in one image with just a bit of resizing and moving around.
See examples here

Are you waking during the night? If so, any idea why?

Re: help fine tuning
If you're getting a perfect or near perfect score, it's entirely possible that your symptoms are coming from some other issue.
For one thing, if you're taking medication for blood pressure and/or blood sugar, it's possible that one or both of these have gone too low. It's also possible that any other medication that you might be taking need to be reevaluated.
Last thing is that you may have started with too many red blood cells, and that number fell back to normal. That means that the initial improvement, may have been exaggerated.

How do you feel during the day? Energy level? Any excess sleepiness?rodneydanger wrote: ↑Fri Jun 28, 2019 12:44 pmMy fit bit said i got just the ideal amount of deep and rem sleep. I was so happy, I felt great.

I understand FitBit is notoriously inaccurate at reporting correct sleep stages - https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Alta-HR ... -p/2596969

Worrying over your FitBit readings may be stopping you from relaxing and getting the kind of sleep you need.rodneydanger wrote: ↑Fri Jun 28, 2019 12:44 pmFor months now, I've been trying to get a great setting, and I recently thought i'd got it. Woops i didn't post the data for bad days. Mainly due to their being a limit, and not realizing i didn't get emails for when my post was approved. Fitbit's assessments of sleep time in the stages, if not accurate, due shows the days that i feel the best. Sleepy head has been showing near perfect, yet I'm not feeling great hence the problem. When fit bit says i got the right zzzs i feel great

You have a little bit of snoring and flow limitations, but that's about it really. Your respiratory rates are a bit high as well. Assuming it's enabled, have you tried disabling EPR for a night or two to see if that makes any difference?

I have tried lowering epr as well as turning it off. When i turned it of I couldn't sleep when i lowered it from three to two, the amount of time asleep as well as the quality of sleep ie rem and deep sleep were terrible. I've been debating on say lowering my min to say 9, and setting a 2 epr, but I'm hesitant because how terrible it was the last timeraisedfist wrote: ↑Sun Jun 30, 2019 2:39 pmYou have a little bit of snoring and flow limitations, but that's about it really. I'd leave EPR at 3, upping the min until the flow limitations and snoring goes away, and then reevaluate how you feel.rodneydanger wrote: ↑Sat Jul 06, 2019 9:20 amI have tried lowering epr as well as turning it off. Did you even read Pugsy's post?
In your last post with graphs you still show Events and Flags turned off.
Red is off. Green is on.
