Chronic congestion waking you up daily is worth looking into, if you're able. An ENT might be able to help you figure it out. I'm all for sinus rinsing, but I also have allergies and rinsing alone wouldn't help me enough. It would make it more comfortable for a while, but wouldn't stop the allergic reaction (sneezy, runny nose, congestion.)Diotima wrote: ↑Fri Jun 21, 2019 7:09 pmI don't react well with antihistamines and no I'm not sure if its allergies. But I typically get really stuffed up at night where I'll wake up at around 3 or 4 AM sucking down air through a pin hole.
Interestingly, my brother recently told me that after he was diagnosed with sleep apnea, he was referred to an ENT to make sure it wasn't anything anatomically before he got a CPAP machine. I never saw an ENT, that wasn't part of my CPAP journey. Different doctors, different parts of the country.
