Problem importing sleep sessions Sleepyhead & Oscar

Post by booksfan » Sat May 11, 2019 10:59 am

I use FlashPap to import my sleep sessions and have for the past 14 months. I have started having problems importing my sleep sessions this week. If I insert the card into my computer, it works fine, but if I try to do it wirelessly, the same way I've done it all along, it doesn't work. It SEEMS like it's going to work, it SAYS it's working all the way through, but at the end, the sessions are not imported. The same thing happens with both OSCAR and Sleepyhead even though I only posted the OSCAR pic for the sake of brevity.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

I think your Sleepyhead and Oscar is confused on the location of your data.

It looks like from your Flashpap screen shot that your successfully saving files on your computer.

When you click import data, if you don’t have an SD card in your machine you should be able to click choose folder whilst Oscar searches for your SD Cards. Then you will be able to brows to wherever Flashpap is saving your data C:\Users\Eileen\Desktop\SleepyheadData or similar

I went back in and specified the location, double-checked that it was the same as on Flashpap. It SAID it imported 1 session, but the last session showing is still May 8, from when I put the card in my computer. :(

So, in OSCAR / Sleepyhead, you clicked CPAP Importer, made sure the program was referencing the SLEEPyheadDATA folder, and they found nothing new?

It found the new dates, and I clicked Copy Data. It cycled through to 100%, said it was done importing, so I clicked on Exit and Run Tracking Software. When it opened OSCAR, I clicked on CPAP Importer, ran it the first time, specified location the second time (it was correct the first anyway, but tried it), and still the last couple of days are not showing up. :(
