Pizzafan, be sure to get copies of the written reports on your two studies. If you want to, you can then post them here and maybe get some more perspective. Be sure to black out any identifying information on your reports.
Written report for the home study as well?

On paper the reports look good. How are you feeling and sleeping?

Do you think leaks are waking you up? If so, that might be something to work on some more. Also, I’m confused by the AHIs shown, compared with the number of events flagged. Were there some nap-times that aren’t showing on the graphs?

How can I improve leaks?

I don't nap! Lol so no naptimes included

I guess the math on your charts will be one of life’s little mysteries, until an expert can come along and explain....

About leaks: I have a P10 too, and for quite some time I struggled with mouth leaks, which woke me up over and over each night. Using a Dr. Dakota neck collar helped some, because it supported the end of my chin, but it wasn’t really enough to resolve the problem.

So I am now taping my mouth with Somnifix strips—pricey, but they work for me. Other people report good results with micropore tape, which has a more reasonable cost. I tape horizontally across my mouth, but you could try using tape vertically just in the middle.

Meanwhile, I am trying to train my tongue to seal against my palate, but it forgets when I’m in deeper sleep.

As for mask leaks, you might try a different size of nasal pillow or headgear, or you might try increasing or decreasing the tension in the straps. Also, check whether there's anything producing a tug on the nasal interface, and if there is, change how you manage the hose.

What looks weird about the math?

I sleep next to my toddler. So if i am waking up it's because she moves alot and kicks the blanket off. so I am usually moving her back next to me and covering her with the blanket. I probably do this a few times a night. I also woke up and realized I am pinching the hose a few times (laying on it)

Ah, I’ve just remembered that I posted about this earlier. What struck me was how relatively high your AHI was compared to the number of events you had over the time periods indicated. The reason appears to be that your charts are not displaying obstructive apneas. While they appear to factor into the calculation of your AHI, they are not showing on your graphs. So you might want to go into preferences and be sure OAs are checked for display. When they can see your OAs, the experts might be able to offer more advice.

Open SleepyHead and look down at the bottom of the graphs on the left...see where it says "Flags"...click on the little arrow to expand the the menu and look for OA....make sure it is green and not red. If it is red...click on it so it turns green.
If you are having any OAs and it's turned off they won't show up on the events graph and it might mess with the AHI.

Of course maybe you simply aren't having any OAs and that's why none show up but on some reports back when you first started cpap the OAs were there...and now none.
So did none happen or were the OA flags just turned off??? I think that might be what Miss Emerita is wondering about.

Fragmented sleep...very many wake ups that you remember and/or even the ones you don't remember can sure make a person tired the next day.
Sleeping with a toddler....pretty much going to cause some wake ups    It's been 40 years but I still remember what fun that was.

My sleep is highly fragmented but it has nothing to do with sleep apnea or my airway or my therapy or my machine...it's all from other stuff that the machine can't do a darn thing about.
My "toddler" now is a senior dog who has to wear a diaper at night and she still wakes me up to tell me she just peed the diaper.
So between the dogs and the cats and the back pain...my sleep quality is in the toilet most nights and the next day I feel it but it has nothing to do with my cpap therapy. That part of things was the easiest to fix.
The more your sleep is fragmented for any reason...the more you can expect to not feel so great.

To turn on the OA flags, do what Pugsy said, not what I said. (Pretty much ALWAYS do what Pugsy said and not what I said!) There definitely are more events than the ones showing, e.g., one event over 10+ hours doesn’t yield an AHI of .68. It might be quite useful to see the fuller picture, with all the events displayed.

I wonder if the up and down pressures are disturbing your sleep enough to keep you tired, but not enough to wake you up much. Your numbers are great, but the pressure does go up and down a lot. It is doing its job well, but might be bothering you a little. Maybe keeping you from getting enough deep sleep. I would experiment and raise the minimum by 1 or 2. Unless it is uncomfortable or causes something new, I would try for a few nights and see if you feel more rested.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

I'm raising it tonight to 9.. since 95% of the time I am over 9 anyways.
Holy crap just realized I slept 10 hours one of those days
