I can’t believe that jnk hasn't come to Tampa to do a concert! I consider this a personal form of cyber bullying. He's obviously trying to destroy my self esteem by having concerts go other forum members but not me. And then posting pictures about it. *pout*

Also, I want the chance to protest his socks in person. But, nooooo, he's too good to come this far south!

Just wondering, how did that work? there's a lot of hams on the radio that seem to be overdoing the 'close mic' thing.. and it's hard to understand them from all the pops and scratchy sounds.

A bent wire clotheshanger made into a circle shape and covered in pantyhose held in between you and the mic does the same job as the foam blob over a mic.

However if they have the pops and scratches, putting panty hose over your head will not help

Hmm, that's a good idea.. making something like they use in radio and recording studios... hadn't thought about a pop screen... I'm just looking for something relatively easy I can suggest to people.
