My aircurve has a setting you can change between ffm, nasal and pillows. I think it adjusts for you. I thought all machines have this feature but I may be wrong ?
Actually ResMed is the only brand of machine that has that mask type feature to be set/changed when going from nasal to full face or pillows. None of the other brands have that feature to select.
Respironics machines don't have it and what they do have in terms of a resistance setting isn't the same thing.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Just got me new nasal pillows, tried them out for awhile they look promising..
I'm thinking I have to turn down the humidifier setting I'm at 5, because I only used them for 15 minutes and my nose is drippy..

I've noticed the past week my flow rate line has been narrowing where it once was nice even line it has changed.. ( recent posted below)
Anything I need to be concerned about.. Anything I should know..
There are sections were it gets very narrow then it goes back..
Plus leaks have started getting bigger and bigger..
Thanks

The funny thing is I could have done the information changes online...But given how foggy i have been I didn't want to take any chances that I'd screw it up...And they screwed up instead

Had a question I posted above I was concerned about,
And I need help I'm having lots of problems with leaks waking me up further ruining my little sleep that I get.
If I pull the mask tight to stop the leaking it's so tight it hurts or I contort my head into weird positions and my neck is in pain.
I recently lost 11 pounds and my wife says my face looks thinner...could that be the problem.. It only started leaking bad a few weeks ago before that it was great
Thanks

Yeah - that tight is too tight! And leaks wake me up too!
How long have you had the airtouch? Those foam things are only supposed to last a month. Is it beginning to degrade? Perhaps you need a new one.
It could totally be that your face has changed shape. What other masks do you have available? There might be one that didn't work well before that works now.

The narrow flow line thing is probably one of two things.
If it coincides with a leak, it is because of the leak.
If it is not with a leak, it might just be good sleep - if the wave form is regular and rounded - when we sleep, the breath gets shallower, so the flow is less tall.
I got all distressed the first time I saw that!
Can you do a zoom in screenshot on the parts that worry you?

This is my first mask..I'm on day 63...
I guess I should call my dme about that.. Lincare hasn't been so good..
I have no other mask..I've had no luck with a nasal wisp, nor a nasal pillow..
In the beginning the mask was fine..

The area with the small flow rate line is in the beginning section..
