Resmed My Air app-says machine wasn’t used

My Resmed My Air App says “Your machine wasn’t used last night!”

It was used all night.

Any idea what is wrong?

My phone signal is normally two or one bars.

What does your machine say about being used last night?

It probably hasn't reported to Resmed, yet today. Sometimes mine wouldn't show up until afternoon. I quit using My Air and rely on Sleepyhead software to monitor my therapy.
