Ok, this was not easy.

I'm so impressed that you figured that out, Gerryk!

( AND w/ the kind help you received!)
or is that DESPITE the kind OF help you received?

I don’t know why it shows the minimum at 7 because the machine is set to 9 -15
Not according to the data.

As DogSlobber said, raise the minimum to 11 to start, and set the max to 20.

GerryK....

Please confirm that your settings on the machine are 9 minimum and 15 max.....because SleepyHead is saying that the minimum is 7 and not 9 at least per the report you posted for Wed April 10.
Now sometimes SH gets the settings wrong but not usually with this kind of machine and not in that particular reporting area.

Your flow limitation graph is fairly active but not horribly active.....question for you...how's your nasal congestion??? Are you experiencing very much nasal congestion? Sometimes nasal congestion shows up on the FL graph and more pressure isn't necessarily the fix for it when it is nasal mucosa related.

How are you sleeping and feeling? If you ever mentioned this fact it got lost in all the chit chat.

I don't necessarily agree with the other thoughts to increase the minimum to 11 cm....at least not without additional information at this time.
Like...how you are sleeping and feeling and if the nasal congestion is maybe the cause of the FLs
Like a report showing what happens when the minimum pressure is actually 9 cm....

As far as opening the max up...you spend so little time at 15 I don't see that it is a critical need and if you have problems with pressure above 15....maybe not that big of a deal. Sometimes the problems that more pressure creates is worse than the minor issues the machine was wanting to kill with the higher pressures. If it wants to go higher because of the FLs and the FLs are from nasal congestion....waste of time anyway.

I just checked the machine and it is set at 7 which is way to low for me. I do have nasal congestion due to year round allergies. I do feel more refreshed in the morning with this mask and machine and am not waking up as much as I was before. I think I will go back to no pressure relief in exhalation and bump the pressure up to 9 where the dr wanted it.

One more thing.

This topic is no longer about ResMed Cellular Reporting. I would consider changing the topic name. Go to the first post, edit it and change the name.

Consider changing it to reflect your therapy topic, and continue posting all therapy related question in this topic so it represents a history of your therapy.

good point.

gerry? changing the topic name will also catch the eye of folk who would feel they could help out. it may be that those folk are passing it by because they feel they don't know anything about cellular reporting.

I changed the name of the original post. As I said the machine was not set to what it was suppose to be. I changed it to 9-15 and removed the EPR as I don't think I need it but will see how it goes, I can always turn it back on. I have a good repour with the Dr and she is fine with me making changes, but not with the technician not setting the machine up as she wrote.

Thanks for taking a look at the data. Hopefully someone else will know how to make it work so I can use the screenshot button in the software and not have to do a windows snipe and take it into Word to downsize the picture for uploading.
