Reading the bleep thread has made me want to come up with a thread for tips, confort ideas and macgyver ideas for the N-20.
Mainly what I am looking for is a way to diffuse the air coming out of the elbow so it doesn't blast me when the elbow swivvles around at night. But other ideas for making the mask more comfortable would be great as well.

I'm an N20 user as well. I find it comfortable enough, but I would also like something to tame the vent. I don't have an answer for you, but tonight I'm going to try an Eson 2 for the first time. It comes with a washable diffuser for the vent. Sorry that doesn't help you

My husband says he has some ideas on how to diffuse the vent a little. (Crossing fingers) I showed him the bleep dreamport thread, the picture thread and the lab rat thread so crossing fingers.

Wrap the vent with gauze to diffuser desire. Then use rubber bands around the elbow to hold it in place or perhaps tape.

Thanks I was thinking about gauze but didn't know how to make it stay in place.

Small tiny strips of double sided tape stuck around the vent hole...then place the gauze on top of the double sided tap.
I did this with the Bleep and the filter. Effectively holding the filter up against the vent holes and I used very small snippets of the filter...just enough to cover the vent holes and the area around the holes with the tiny strips of double sided tape.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I have plenty of filters I bought off of amazon. I wonder if I cut one smaller and then did the tape thing..... hmmm. How do you change it if it gets yucky? Is the tape easy to remove ?

I did finally remove the double sided tape because things did finally get a bit yucky looking.
Came right off with a gentle prod/scratching from my fingernails. Tweezers might also be used if someone doesn't have fingernails strong enough or long enough to scratch with. Tiny bit of residue remained from the tape in a couple of areas but that came off easily with an alcohol swab or plain soap and hot water might have also done the trick.
