Had problems with the bleep last night - it was leaking like a sieve, and making a lot of noise, despite my best efforts. So i ditched it and grabbed a back up mask.

interestingly, sleepyhead did not record any leak from the bleep.

notes. Set the Cpap clock to match DST. Now the event flags are off by an hour with the flow graph.
Bleep came apart at some point- i had it wrapped in fabric to hold the diffuser pad in place so could not deal with it.

I think it best to change the time on the machine rather than in SleepyHead. If you need to change the time back with a ResMed machine, wait until after noon and before starting a session. ResMed won't let you set the time back during a period that contains a sleep session (normally before noon). Time settings can be advanced any time.

Easiest of all is to ignore time changes due to DST or time zones when traveling.

Didn't make sense to me either. I'll send you a screen shot later so you can laugh.

I got new clips for my bleep, and so leaks were almost gone.
I am relieved that I am no longer bumping up against 20 cms.

Do you think I should be pushing for a machine that has the possibility of more pressure? I have an appointment on Thursday. What might increase my pressure needs?

According to Hubbyhead, I was snoring last night.

Shall I increase minimum pressure?

I don't know what is leaking. Bleep is silent when I fall asleep. Mouth is taped. and still securely taped in the morning.

Is this flow limitation significant?

I wouldn’t be changing things just yet. The increased flow limitations also seem to coincide with leak and that might ave also bee when hubby heard the snores.
It’s possible the amount of leak caused the pressure to not remain stable enough to prevent minor airway collapse which is what the snores mean.
They were allowed to progress further to earn a grown up flag.

I am scratching my head here as to why you show a leak and the tape is secure and you would know if it was the Bleep leaking. One thing is it would be noisy and the other thing it would show up consistently all through the night and not be so intermittent.

Let’s see what tonight brings. I never get in a panic over one off night no matter how bad it is.

Just for info, I grabbed a screenshot of the snores against leaks.

What does the snore graph look like? The statistics show nothing, but I've found this to be a bug in v1.1.0 The snore graph itself is OK. Just not reflected in the statistics.

At this point I'm betting on hubbyhead.

No idea on this. But I have noticed that your flow limitations start as soon as the ramp reaches your min pressure. No idea if this is significant/meaningful either, but thought I'd mention so someone more knowledgeable that me could comment. IOW - I want to know.

The correlation between reaching min pressure and FL's starting is pretty exact. This is according to my scientific method of zooming the browser window and using the edge of the screen as a straight edge.

I know he'd come through!

Just to verify - does the snore graph in v1.1.0 match the one from v1.0.0? This is what I see. Only problem is the stats.

I looked back and the FL does start as the pap reaches min pressure - night after night. I want to know now too!

During the ramp period you don't get FL graphs. You don't get other flagging either. So you don't really know what happened or didn't happen during ramp.
Unless you are using the Smart ramp thing that is supposed to sense if are asleep or not and increase the pressure sooner.
That's assuming it guesses correctly from your breathing pattern that you are asleep.

So the Flow limitation graph not doing anything until ramp is done...normal.

Funny your snores weren't really all night...just a very brief segment of the night and during large leak. I wouldn't be changing my pressure over that little bit of snores. Especially if I was already using the pressures you are using...
Might have been a combination of odd stuff happening all at one time...the leak, maybe on your back, maybe in REM...all added together meant that little bit of snore happened.
