You have to start a post, then have someone else complete a post, before you complete yours.

Honestly, I don't think you ever let that much time for thought elapse from start to finish, but I COULD be wrong about that. ;)
Has happened to me numerous times. I am a very slow and sometimes thoughtful poster.

So sleepyhead tells me that I had "significant periods of large leaks".... My air also deducted points for leaks, but when I look at the data the largest leak was 4 min and a few seconds. The other when I was waking up this morning but not wanting to get up yet so not real data.

On the 4 min leak not sure why it was leaking but apparently it fixed itself since it didn't wake me up. 4 min does not seem significant to me... Is there something I'm missing about this?

Also the wiggles and uneven breathing.. I started going back in my old data and I always seem to have this kind of wiggles rather than the nice even patterns I see others post. Is this just crappy sleep or should I as PR suggested the other day turn my PS to 3 ?

You need to just ignore the commentary that SH wants to tell you about anything.
It's not SleepyHead's job to evaluate or comment about anything. Mark came up with that and it's nothing but a PITA.
4 minutes of the night is nothing...
SleepyHead's job is to report what the machine is recording and reporting....not make comments like your therapy is awful or you are leaking like crazy or any of that stuff.

baby, you don't have a THING to worry about, if that didn't wake you up. it doesn't seem to have much affect on your numbers and if you slept well and wake up okay, it's best to ignore it.

that chart is lookin' good!

I wouldn't worry about changing the pressure support. Nor would i worry about the large leaks. Any leak that doesn't disturb your sleep should be ignored.

Thank you Zonker and Pugsy and Okie bipap. I just need reassurance every so often. :). Apparently I am still anxious about this whole bilevel/pap thing.

'couple things, 1) just completely ignore that arrogant mistake screen where sleepyhead 'evaluates' your night, that's been removed from later versions.

2) your leak chart is so squished I can't see anything, since you're not having any significant FLs, just slide that chart off, and even the size of the others out.

Lowering the PS *might* cut down on the unevenness, or it might not. but it's an easy thing to try.

awesomely so!

I wouldn't worry about those, as long as you're not being waked up by them.

In fact, if you sit at 24lpm all night long, but it's not bothering your sleep, or your bedmate/housemates/neighbors... that's fine, as are some leaks over 24... up to a (fairly high) point.
