I know it's *much* easier to say than do, but... don't be anxious, just let what happens, happen, anxiety is the enemy of good sleep.

go with the flow, zonker, go with the flow.

I'd say 'more pressure' when you can work up to it.
and here are the results of pressure of 13-20....

screenshot-3-16-19.png

slept even better, score wise, in the second half of the night. decided to do some different positioning with my scunci rig. had much less aerophagia but was still not sleeping soundly because i was anxious about the new re-arrangement of my rig. i see i did get some big leaks at first, but it settled down.

will, of course, stay at this pressure setting for awhile. as my thread here shows, i am very vulnerable to making any changes and not letting them settle in.

again, thanks for confirming that the oa cluster was real.

excelsior!!
Way to soldier on with the pressure zonker.

I'm noticing quite a difference in your latest Flow Limitation graph (in a good way) compared to the "cluster of OA's" chart you posted recently here: viewtopic/t173195/zonkers-crib.html?start=135#p1295536 Initially, I thought this was due to you switching to standard APAP mode, but I see you decided to stick with For Her. (Good call here, you were fixin' to make too many changes at once. :P )

And in the most recent screenshot, your FL's are noticeably less after you "adjusted your rig". This all makes me wonder if something about your nightly mummification is affecting your airway. Just an observation - something you may want to keep an eye on, and see if it's real or just a stupid guess on my part.

And yeah, those leaks are really nothing to worry about. You've got a Bleep-like leak line going on there, with a P10. You should be patting yourself on the back!

Keep on keeping on buddy. :)

go with the flow, zonker, go with the flow.
i'm confident tonight will be better, because i thought of something else to change in my rig.

will talk about it in my reply to djams...
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

Hey Zonker, great job on 13-20!!! That's a nice 1.05 ahi!! Btw, I'm not sure what's you're saying about your leaks...? They look non-existent until three hours into your sleep... And then they appeared brief and slight.

Great job on your charts!

look there after i put my mask on, between 3:30 and 4? that's what i'm talking about. i had to fiddle with the mask a bit, but finally found the right place.

yo, bro! long time, no see. well, you see, i'm doing this to me rig. (don't tell jay!) i'm down to just one single band going across my top lip. i wanted to see if i could go without the scuncis altogether. but i can't eliminate them entirely. see, that whole bunch across my mouth helps the p10 to fit up snugly to my nose. without them, i can't as good a seal as without the.

so after trying the p10 without the scuncis for the first 4 hrs (and a bit of squirrel cheeks and a bit of gas). i decided to put the very thin band in place. but i still didn't get a satisfactory seal. tonight, i'm going to use one of scuncis folded over and place beneath the p10 so that it helps push up.

that make sense?

(and you better say yes, or else i'll be forced to post a selfie! )

thanks for pointing out the flow limitation. yes, my new "style" seems to be affecting them doesn't it?

as i say, will stay with the pressure settings and just try this one "weirrd trick" and see if it brings even more improvement.

excelsior!

Ya know, if you'd just superglue your lips shut, you wouldn't have ANY leaks at all...

Your wife can thank me later.

Hate to pop your bubble djams, but his machine is on standard APAP mode. So might have made the difference, or not. He can always back off one thing or another to see which made the improvement. If he wants to. Looks like all is well in the zonker world of therapy. Just keeps getting better.

The old pic will be misleading to new members! You don't want to do that zonker.
