Replace the respiration graph with the pressure graph turn off the pie chart then you only need to post one screenshot

You might find raising the minimum pressure to 7 smooths out the pressure graph and reduces the hypopnoea but you down to tweaking at this point so if you decide to make a change leave it a few days to a week to see how the averages go

Couldn't get to sleep, probably fell asleep around 4 am. Tossed and turned, woke up to toddler pulling the mask off my face
Also, Toddler was snoring loudly last night, and she kept tossing and turning. :( Her sleep study is a week away.

funny thing. Even though I didn't sleep as long as I would have liked, and woke up with a massive headache, since using cpap I have been waking up clear headed for the most part. My brain has been "foggy" for years.

Had the home sleep test done, and doctor said she couldn't see any obstructive breathing and that I did not meet the criteria for sleep apnea but that it doesn't align with my excessive daytime sleepiness. I am finally being scheduled for a sleep study along with daytime study to rule out narcolepsy. Doctor doesn't know I use a cpap, the one night without it was pure hell next day.

Using the cpap has been awesome except for the last week. I am super sleepy all day everyday for a week and using my cpap regularly. I deep cleaned my cpap last night and noticed an improvement but still feel like the living dead today. The only difference is past 2 weeks i havent been using the clamp to keep the mask fastened. I noticed much larger leaks past week, but with that my AHI is still low. Feedback? I have a lab sleep study coupled with a daytime study on april 30th. I miss the energy and focus I had when my cpap therapy was on point! Now I just want to nap all day and that is not an option!

Looks like your charts are not displaying OAs. If you turn that on, the experts could probably give you better advice.

Just a thought - a long time ago there was a discussion on here about the criteria one must meet during their overnight sleep time to qualify for a daytime study. I personally feel like most of the time having a daytime study for narcolepsy before before treating any other sleep disorders is getting the cart before the horse. How can you be sure that any daytime daytime sleepiness is not due to sleep apnea? It seems more logical to me to see if there is an OSA diagnosis, get it effectively managed for a while, then consider more testing if one's symptoms persist. Now, if one has other symptoms of narcolepsy and not just daytime sleepiness, that's a different story.

I had a home sleep study which wasn't conclusive and not enough to diagnose me with sleep apnea. Had the lab study done last night and day study today.

I am so confused...I have been getting great results with the cpap in terms of quality sleep and life.

Would it be possible to benefit from cpap without having a high AHI/ meet the criteria for sleep apnea?

I think so, I think it can help, even if you aren't aware of it. Jim

Pizzafan, be sure to get copies of the written reports on your two studies. If you want to, you can then post them here and maybe get some more perspective. Be sure to black out any identifying information on your reports.
