Where do we post data/graphs for review?

I posted mine in the thread I started re: my condition: NEWBIE Intro | Side effects CPAP ? GERD & Apnea

Julie, I read most, if not, all. I was ensuring I didn't miss a part. I thought there might be a specific section to post.

This forum doesn't have separate sections like other forums.
No sub forums for talking about different topics or different types of questions.
Just one big global forum is how it is done here.
