Hi,
Has anyone had the experience of feeling chilled when you wake up? When I wake up from a night of CPAP, I feel extremely cold and I never used to feel that way before. Any ideas?

Are you using a humidifier w/your PAP machine? Is it a heated humidifier? Now that the nights are colder have you tried taking your hose under the blankets w/you?

With treatment you tend not to sweat as much. since you are not dieing a hundred times a night, your body isn't doing the flight or fight thing, and uses less fuel. Extra Blanket handy for snuggling. Jim

My Humidaire 3i was acting up on and off, not heating, and the cold air blowing in my nose whilst I sleeping the exhausted and not restful sleep woke me up chilled to the bone despite our normal layer of winter blanketing.
Taking the hose under the blankets w/me warms the air temperature in the hose to the same temp as under the blankets and then it cools some as it passes thru the hose that runs out from under our blankets to the mask or pillows.
