After reading, I know that there is a special adapter for that, but I can't buy it in my country.
So I thought to just use alligator clips with cigarette socket

then connect a cigarette adapter with the plug that PSU uses such as this:

of course I will change the fuse to 8A (or 10A) and check for polarity with a multimeter, but the output voltage will be similar to the battery, that means the cpap will get sometimes 13.6v sometimes 13.2V and not exactly 12v, will that matter? can someone who own one of the original car adapter, measure the Voltage in the socket and in the output of the adapter to see if it regulate the voltage to be exact at 12v?
I don't want to damage the unit.
Thanks in advance!
