Major Leaks with F20 Full Face Mask

Post by pitman » Fri Feb 01, 2019 2:21 pm

I am a mouth breather and recently switched from a Resmed P10 to a AirTouch™ F20 Full Face CPAP Mask with Headgear. I have used this F20 for about two weeks. I have figured out I need to sleep in a recliner due to my excess weight. I have a decent results for the last week or so, but last night was horrible due to major leaks for a couple of two hour periods. I vaguely remember the F20 had shifted in my sleep and my mouth was completely exposed.

Does anyone have any good advice to help me, please???

Many of us sleep using a firm, foam cervical collar. This will help keep your head up and mouth closed. My wife and I both use the F20 mask and a cervical collar at night. We both have the same problem you have with the mask if we don't use the cervical collar.

The Padacheek anti-leak strap for the F 20 works very well in my experience. www.padacheek.com
