I am a side sleeper and the N20 works well for me. Ymmv.
I was wondering about that one too. If the Brevida doesn't work, I will add that one to the list. Thanks!

You're welcome. I hope you find something that works for you. The N20 is the best I have found so far... there are others I would like to just try out someday. Lol. My insurance deductable just reset though, so its going to be a while.
I am really excited I can use a nasal mask it opens up so many more possibilities.

Everybody likes the latest and greatest, but I stick with the Resmed Mirage Activa - tried most of the new ones and keep going back to old faithful.

I don't care about latest and greatest, I just want something that I can actually get some sleep with. I'll add that one to the list. I don't even want "perfect," I just want minimal hassle and less wake-ups. Thank you for your suggestion!

Any mask I wear won't leak a bit -- as long as I lay flat on my back, face-up, with a hose-holder keeping hose tension off the mask and if I don't move at all. However, that's not what happens. I'm a side sleeper and "active", meaning I roll quite a bit trying to make my bad back happy. Some nights, I make the mask leak like a collander. Other nights, I allow it to seal pretty good for most of the night. At least in my case, it's not so much that the mask inherently leaks, but that I do things in my sleep that will cause any mask to leak (if that makes sense).

I think the best you can hope for is to find a mask that allows you to tolerate the inevitable leaks and keep them to a minimum. A mask liner may help tremendously in both regards. Of course, there's always the chance you might find a mask that won't leak at all no matter what you do in your sleep, in which case I would be envious!

Good luck!

Be prepared to turn pea green with envy.  I am always all over the bed tossing and turning because of back issues.
Not even any mouth opening leaks this night.

Clearly, you are a not of this earth and have super-galactic powers. So you don't count. But I'm still darned envious.

Count me green. Lol.
I seem to be hypersensitive to ANY leaks. I've only had major leaks with a few masks (ones that register on SH), but any wisp of air that escapes wakes me up. And if I'm not asleep, it defeats the whole purpose. I'm still exhausted. I've stuck with the P10 to try to desensitize myself, but it isn't working.

I'm looking forward to trying the Bleep contraption when it hits the market. In the meantime, I'm experimenting with the P10. I've altered an extra frame and I'm going to try that out tonight.

Just adding another set of pillows to try - the Resmed Swift LT is old, but it has a little more frame structure than the P10 and it has a hose holder at the top which I can't live without now that also helps keep the hose at a near-constant angle to the pillows. Might be worth a shot. I used to use a memory foam pillow but found an old-fashioned feather pillow seems to work better for staying at minimal mask leakage. I do get occasional leakage, but my goal would be to get a mask with zero leaks, which it seems isn't realistic. So I keep going back to the Swift LT.

No.

Well, other than maybe Robert Mueller's team.

But other than that . . .

I have yet to experience a mask that doesn't leak at all.
Some leak less--some are less noisy while they leak.
Mask liners muffle leaks; often enough so one can sleep.
I own my leaks--I just keep a squeegee handy so I can sleep dry(-ish).

I cannot match Pugsy using my P10. But my Nuance Pro will!

Good job.

It can be done. I once saw such a leak line from Jerry who uses those damned old prongs (Nasal Aire II) and I was so envious I just had to try it. Man was that ever a mistake.
