Update. Not as good of sleep as I hoped. The mask was seated good but the minute my chin dropped, it broke the seal around my mouth and leak city. I will try again with a chin strap. Wondering if the Liberty might be a better design for me as it does not go under the chin.
I will keep working on it lol
have you considered a foam cervical collar?

I am one of those original users of the Innomed. I used it for about 3 years and then switched to nasal pillows. With the hybrid I always cut the chin thingy off on all of my masks. If you do a search for an old member "rooster or Roster", he had a whole bunch of suggestions for the hybrid that WORKED!
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.

After reading the suggested material, I cut the chin thingie off and readjusted the straps. Loosened the top strap and tightened the side straps. Went pretty well except for my nose got cold :D
Ive not tamed it, but Im working on taming it.
Thanks all!

I've been having good luck with the ResMed F30. It's comfortable and quiet.

Quick update:
After trial and error, trying different sizes of the pillows and making some radical modifications, I have really been liking this mask. When my nose is clear I love the pillows shooting the air straight in my nose. When its plugged up the mouthpiece is great. Probably not a great option for some people as you really have to experiment with it to find what works best for you.

I still use my F20 on occasions. Mainly when its super cold. It keeps my nose warmer :D

I've been using the Innomed Hybrid for about five years and also cut the chin flap off.

I adjust the headgear so that the lower part of the mouth cushion is up nearly touching my lower lip. This helps keep my lips closed most of the night.

Yes me too! Did you cut that stabilizer piece between the nasal pillows? Im thinking I really want to but not sure if it will make the pillows unstable.

I tried it that way once, and the pillows did become less stable.

I do wrap a Scunci around my head and across the base of the pillows to stabilize them. I fold the Scunci twice to reduce its surface area. My leak level is usually zero and has never been large.

BTW, after inserting the pillows in the mouth cushion, you may need to rotate each one slightly to better line up with your own nostril openings.
