I have the Remstar 2 Pro with cflex (not the auto model) and it does record 7 sessions of detail as well as the compliance data. I dont believe that it has quite as much info as the auto but it does record the apneas, hypoapneas adn snoring index.

Yes, John, you're correct - the Respironics Remstar Pro 2 straight cpap machine does record info about apneas, etc. on its smart card.
The Respironics Remstar Pro (another straight cpap machine, but without the "2" in its name) records only hours of use on its smart card.
I'm glad you mentioned your machine John. It's a good reminder that before people buy a machine they hope will yield all kinds of interesting data, they really need to read the fine print in the description of the machine. If all the description says is "compliance data", that means all it's going to do is record the number of hours the machine was used.

Hi all,
My Respironics "Bi-Pap Pro 2" has the card and givesthe following indices for each night: OA and H, Snoring, and leakage - large leak and average leak in minutes.
The older Bi-Pap (without the number "2") does not provide the capability of Smart Card data storage. I guess this is true for the older Cpap machines also.
