Problems Importing my ResMed 10 Autoset (Her) in to SleepyHead
Hello,
I'm a new CPAP user (4 days). I have the ResMed 10 Autoset for Her. I'm trying to import and view the data collected by my machine using SleepyHead.
I have been able to download, and create an user. I have also attempted to import the data from the SD card each day. While doing so I have ran across 2 main problems
1)Of my 4 days of usage 3 of they state that only summary data is available after importing.
2)The only day that does have Daily Data, shows data for PulseRate and SpO2, which I don't have.
Am I missing something?
So I guess my questions are:
a) how to ensure my machine collects all data into the SD card
b) how to ensure that during import the data imported goes into the right place
Thanks in advance.

Your card will only collect full data if the SD card is in the machine while you sleep. If the card is not in the machine while you sleep, you will only get summary data. Also, make sure your card is write enabled when it is in the machine. If you have created only one profile in Sleepyhead, the data will always be read to that profile.

Yes, card is NOT write protected

Try creating a new profile and importing to the new profile.
Bugs me that you are seeing pulse ox stuff when you aren't using one.
Maybe SleepyHead is broken...bad download or bad install or something.
If trying a new profile doesn't fix the issues...remove SleepyHead and go get it again (get a fresh download) and install again....and import again.
What operating system on your computer and exactly which version of SleepyHead and are you getting it from here?

I am also using Windows 10...and the AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her machine....and I know it will work properly unless something weird is going on.
If you can't get it to download/import the detailed data like it should then send me a PM and I will send you a reply with my private email address so you can send me a zipped copy of your SD card...that way I can try it on my SleepyHead and see what I get.
Let's cross our fingers it was maybe just a bad download or installation. It sometimes just happens. That's why I say get a fresh download besides just doing a new install.

Same thing. I will format the SD card (FAT), power down the machine and then insert the card. I will also create a new profile and try again tomorrow.
I'll update then.

Also....go into the machine's clinical set up menu area and make sure that Essentials setting is set to "Plus" and not just on.
This should let you see the sleep report on the LCD screen tomorrow morning.

Re: Problems Importing my ResMed 10 Autoset (Her) in to SleepyHead
I'm wondering what the upshot of this was, as I'm having a similar problem. I haven't used Sleepyhead since I got my new computer this past summer, and today when I tried to import my data, I got the "Summary Only : (" message.
I can't tell you what I've tried to do to remedy this, because I've been pretty haphazard in my attempts to follow instructions from similar threads. I'm a bit of a Luddite.
I've also got an AirSense Autoset 10 for Her, and I went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 with the very rocky upgrade of my computer. I also went from AVG Antivirus to Kaspersky, in case that affects things, as often seems to be the case with Kaspersky.
As for Sleepyhead... .ulp... I seem to have several versions on my computer, and I'm not sure which is "live":
SleepyHead-Testing-0.9.8-1-Windows-32bit
SleepyHead-Testing-0.9.8-1-T2-Windows-32bit
SleepyHead-Testing-0.9.8-1-T2-Windows-64bit
SleepyHead-0.8.8-3-testing-win32-full
SleepyHead-20140623-Win32-0.9.6-testbuild-Qt5.3.0-BrokenGL-WinXP-MinGW
(I have no idea what those folders actually contain. They're all in my Documents file)
I've got weird stuff going on: I've been woken up on several nights with the air absolutely blasting me; I turn the machine off, start up again at my lowest pressure (which I think is 8, but I'd have to check), and go back to sleep. The other weird thing is that I've been getting AHIs of 0.0 on a regular basis, which I don't believe. Plus I have an appointment with a sleep specialist (for circadian rhythm stuff, not OSA) and would like my OSA stuff to be in order, so I'm anxious to see the waveforms again before that appointment.
Thanks for any help or advice.

You need 1.0 or later.
Get OSCAR
Accounts to put on the foe list: dataq1, clownbell, gearchange, lynninnj, mper!?, DreamDiver, Geer1, almostadoctor, sleepgeek, ajack, stom, mogy, D.H., They often post misleading, timewasting stuff.

Re: Problems Importing my ResMed 10 Autoset (Her) in to SleepyHead
Open SleepyHead and look in the upper left corner...in little bitty letters it will tell you which version you opened up.
There is a newer version available. You can find it here
https://sleepyhead.jedimark.net/
I think you maybe have opened up a version that is older and not compatible with your AirSense 10 machine.
I suggest getting the latest version from the link above and trying it and seeing if your data shows up.
In terms of age of the builds...the higher the number...the newer the build..

Re: Problems Importing my ResMed 10 Autoset (Her) in to SleepyHead
Wow! You guys are fast!
It appears I'm trying to work with 9.1-2. I actually did try to download 1.0, but... um... I didn't delete previous versions, and here I feel really stupid. Do I just put the Sleepyhead files that are in Documents into the trash? I wouldn't expect the program itself to be in Documents, but I can't find it elsewhere.
And I guess I got this CPAP machine since I last checked Sleepyhead. I'm surprised about that. I guess it's been awhile.
Thanks so much.
Michele

When I bring up Apps and Features, I've got Sleepyhead 1.0 there... Maybe I should try rebooting my computer...
Re: Problems Importing my ResMed 10 Autoset (Her) in to SleepyHead
< sigh >
Rebooting didn't work. Still had 9.8.
But I monkeyed around some more: downloaded 1.0 (again) and saved it to a folder that I was informed already contained material and asked if I wanted to replace it. This time I did.
Got SleepyHead back up, and voila! I have 1.0.
Tried importing the data again -- all 1434 sessions of it??? -- but I still don't get the graphs. I checked all the way back to a year ago December when I got the machine, and it was the same throughout, and I've definitely had data downloaded by the tech (I needed a compliance report), so I know the data has been there and that it isn't because I didn't have the SC card inserted correctly (not to mention that I do check when I insert it that the machine can read it).
Will see what tomorrow brings and what you guys have to say and will probably make an appointment with the tech anyway.
Thank you!
