I must be reading this wrong. i have my temp set to 83 per the clinical menu. i have the type set to manual per the clinical menu. i back out.
now to manually increase the temp, i have to first go into "my options", scroll down to "tube temp" and THEN use the knob to change my temp manually.
do i have that right? because it seems, from what you typed, that i just need to turn the knob.
have i missed something?
You have a PR System One?
Your profile says you have a ResMed AutoSet.

When you get a chance update your equipment profile to reflect the new machine....avoid confusion later.

Just go turn the knob without doing anything....or going anywhere...see what happens on the LCD screen.
If nothing happens...let me go fire up my machine and see if I am missing a step.
please do, because i don't get those results. normally, my machine defaults to the airplane mode and i have to "no" out of that. then cranking the knob just takes me to different screen choices.
i have to be in several layers deep, like i said, before the temp dial show up.

Hmmm....I would have swore all I did was turn the knob to engage the hose air temp but maybe I dreamed it.
But I don't have to go deep though...all I have to do is open up "my options" and it's right there easy to change the temp.
I will play with it more later. I also have airplane mode on more out of principle and anything else. No one cares who or what is going on with a machine with 3600 hours on it now....been using it since Aug of 2017.
