Sleepyhead 1.0.0 and older philips machines

Post by RichIam » Mon Dec 31, 2018 4:03 pm

I have a Philips Respironics PR System One REMstar Auto CPAP Machine with A-Flex and I had a computer crash and had to download the newer Sleepyhead 1.0.0 .
My problem is I cannot download any data from the remstar.
My wife's Dreamstation has no problem with Version 1.0.0. Is there an issue with the newer Sleepyhead and older Philips machines?

Shouldn't be any issues with the System One machines even the 50 series models with this last version of SleepyHead.
Are you getting any messages or something that makes you think there is no data or a problem?

Make sure your not trying to use the SD card as the storage directory for the sleepyhead datafiles. That needs to go to My Documrents\SleepyHeadData or similar trying to select the SD card causes sleepyhead to go into a tailspin

Another confirmation that the System One 50 series machines work fine with SH 1.0

When I click to download data the box has the sheep pix and a question mark.
I know the card data is good because it will work with Philips Encore viewer 2.1 on my old windows 7 laptop.

Sounds like maybe it doesn't know where to find the SD card.

Can you confirm that your computer can see the SD card....go to the drive letter where the SD card should show up and look to see if you can see inside the SD card.

The SD card is using the H drive. Before you click on import files it even gives the machine name and serial number. Still get the question mark ? only when I try to import.

The funny part is that my wife's Dreamstation and her old ResMed S9 import into the same program on the same computer just fine.

I did manage to reactivate an old copy of Sleepyhead 9. on my wife's other computer and the data imports correctly into that program.

I'm out of ideas.
