Your pressure settings are all wrong...Increase minimum to 7 and the maximum to 15. Ignore the CA events.

The pressure is increasing because it is trying to kill the obstructive in nature apnea events (OAs and hyponeas)...and it can't do a good job because you have its little hands tied with the maximum limit of 8. The machine wants to go higher but can't.
The airway is trying to close off but and the machine wants to hold it open better but it can't. It needs more pressure and can't get it.

At least increase your maximum to maybe 12 or more....and you may also need more minimum but for sure need more maximum.

The CAs/centrals we can't fix with more pressure...just ignore for the time being. They may very well be related to arousals because the obstructive stuff is happening and causing you to wake up (you may or may not remember).
Fix what needs fixing with what your machine can do and then see what's left over.

You have that backwards, pressure rise *because* of events.

I'd change the pressure settings to a minimum of 8, maximum of 20.

thanks to those that replied I will change some pressures
The original pressures were set by the sleep tech but waiting 3 months (next office visit) for him to change something doesn't make sense
thanks
