Hi, welcome to the forum.

For help with posting, please see this message. It has information on how to format and post images from Sleepyhead. viewtopic/t172378/Sticky--Newbies-PLEAS ... c45d63bbaa

I would also strongly suggest you delete or modify your second image. It has way, way too much information that you probably don't want posted. It has your name, address (both physical & email), and medical diagnosis information (person so and so has sleep apnea). The internet lives forever and you don't really want such personal information posted for all to see.
